Capium Browser is a professional tool for authorized automation and testing. This Acceptable Use Policy (the "Policy") is part of our Terms of Service and applies to everyone who uses the Service. You are responsible for your use of the software and for the targets you access.

Capium is built for legitimate work such as quality-assurance and end-to-end testing of your own applications, collecting publicly available data you are permitted to access, verifying your own ads and listings, and monitoring markets and prices, in each case in compliance with applicable law and the terms of the sites and services involved.

• Respect applicable laws, contracts, robots directives, and site terms.
• Handle any personal data you collect lawfully and responsibly.
• Obtain any consents or authorizations your activity requires.

Prohibited use

You may not use Capium to:

• Access, probe, or interfere with systems without authorization.
• Commit fraud, account takeover, credential stuffing, or payment abuse.
• Distribute malware, launch denial-of-service attacks, or breach security controls for an unlawful purpose.
• Infringe intellectual property, misappropriate trade secrets, or violate privacy or data-protection laws.
• Harvest personal data for unlawful, deceptive, or harassing purposes.
• Evade sanctions or export controls, or use the Service where prohibited by law.
• Target minors or facilitate any illegal activity.

Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and may suspend or terminate access to the Service for conduct we believe violates this Policy or the law, with or without notice. We may also report unlawful activity to the appropriate authorities.
